Description
Nowhere are there more hiding placed than in the heart.
~ German Proverb
So taken up, I was, with the technicalities of macro photographing the stamens of this lovely rose that initially I did not see the gentle embrace within.
Do you see? the two stamens close together, in a tender hug that forms the shape of a heart?
The species roses - the wild ones, the original ancestors with their distinctive feature being the rosehips - do have the ability to self-pollinate, wherein the delicate stamen filaments curve over onto other stigmatic heads. It may not be the clearest macro I have ever taken, but I had to share this. Perhaps we are witness to the beginning of a beautiful love story.

Love the way you focused on just one tiny part of the flower. Gorgeous macro work! LF
