Description
Looking over the River Thames from Westminster Bridge to the South Bank at the London Eye (aka the Millenium Wheel). The wheel has 32 sealed passenger capsules; each capsule can hold 25 people. From the Eye, one can see right across to the edge of London, to where the suburbs become the countryside.
The original photograph was reworked to add a touch of vintage ... which, in so doing, seems to have added a touch of Fantasy.
