Description
..... the whole earth is a garden, and what we learn on our little plots we bring to the larger landscape of creation.
~ Donna Sinclair [fr The Spirituality Of Gardening]

Bluebell
Campanula rotundifolia (Bluebell ; Harebell; Witches Thimble; Tussock Bluebell)
Family : Campanulaceae (Bellflower)
* ---------------------- *
There are over 500 species (and more subspecies) of these flowers native to the Northern Hemisphere, the Mediterranean east to the Caucasus, Asia and Africa.
These dainty wildflowers which grow in clusters of blue, lavender, white or even pink have also become popular garden blooms.
* ---------------------- *
My little Campanula bloom thicker and more lush each year. I am happy they are liking the little space allotted to them. Kneeling down low (for these clusters of bluebells do not grow very high) ......
Captured in natural light ; unaltered ; Uncropped, : Nature in all its natural splendour

I remember these flowers would cover the forests around springtime in England. I love these wild flowers! Great capture!
