Here is a favourite resting place of mine - close to home, just a short walk along the seawalk.
Sometimes Life gets in the way of things, and when pressures mount, this is a good place to be.
While there have been many changes to our neighbourhood over the years, this particular nook of "mine" still remains. It has (so far) survived the developers, and has weathered the storms, both wind and water, that have sometimes surprised the area. It is a quiet place, a resting place, and I certainly do hope it remains that way for a long, long time into the future.

I really didn't get far into your work today. Sepia is something that works really well or not at all. Literally, no gray area with this tone. Wonderful light in every layer, and there are lots of those. Also great that you took a wide expanse and made it intimate. Excellent image. L/F
