Description
No city should be too large for a man to walk out of in a morning.

Vancouver is a port city, with several beaches and marinas, seawalks and viewpoints. This is one of them.
This image was captured on one blue sky, November autumn day, on a walk from Kits Point. This seawalk takes one on a leisurely stroll past this marina and towards the Burrard Bridge (a glimpse of which is shown here -- and which, if one was so inclined, as we were, takes one into Granville Island, a popular Vancouver destination point).
It is a pleasure to enjoy the outdoors here, and to visit the different municipalities of this area. It pays to walk the several seawalks along the shorelines here, for they will offer up different aspects of the various regions. There will be a view of the ocean and, if one walks a little further along, one is eventually bound to come across another perspective: a view of the city with it. It is an ongoing pleasure to live in an urban area that provides the opportunity to enjoy natural pleasures along with it.
Across from this marina is the legendary West End of Vancouver, a densely populated, cosmopolitan urban district.
