Scarlet Pipes metal print by Connie Handscomb. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

Cultivated species are named variabilis, distinguishing it from the wild forms of Mexico and Guatemala.
From midsummer through to the first frost, the dahlia blooms, from size small to dinner plate size, in every colour but blue. Its history is a proud one: Napoleon's Josephine planted the dahlia in her garden in France. After the Napoleonic Wars, it became the most popular plant in England and throughout the early 1800's, was the most popular plant across Europe.
There are 27 species of dahlia, which belong to the largest family of flowering plants (14,000 species). From these 27 species, over 57,000 forms have been cultivated.
