One of my favorite places to visit in London is the Victoria and Albert Museum (the V&A). The V&A is the world's largest museum of decorative arts and design.
The most comprehensive collection of post-classical European sculptures in the world will be found here in the National Collection of Sculptures.
There are 22,000 sculptures within this collection, ranging from the 4th century through to the end of the 19th century. There are masterpieces from all periods, ivory carvings, wood, commemorative medals, plaster casts, and other sculptures.
In this image, enjoy a portion of some Renaissance sculptures from the Statue Room.
