British Columbia is blessed with an abundance of vegetation and forest; in fact, the province's land base is just a little larger than that of France and Germany combined, and about 62 percent of BC is forested. The largest percentage of trees are conifers.
A walk with Mother Nature is healing to the spirit at any time, and when rejuvenation is required, the forest nearby beckons. And I go :)
