Description
There they dance, arm in arm with the light ... you can hardly tell at last what in the dance is leaf and what is light.
~Henry David Thoreau [fr. Journals]

A prism is an optical element designed to refract (bend) light. When a light ray passes through the prism at an angle, the white light is scattered into a rainbow of colours.
Autumn is a perfect time to catch a myriad of natural hues. On a clear, bright blue sky day, these leaves seem to acting as prisms captured in the sunlight - the light scattering into a rainbow of sprinkled colours.
